COULTRAIN by Rucyl Frison
The first single from Coultrain’s forthcoming album, Phantasmagoria, “The Pact” is a representative commitment to one’s self, an “understanding that true freedom is only found within.” Delivered with honeyed vocals, simple guitar riffs, and shifting keys, the track is an unassuming homage to self-love and self-understanding. The curiosity and creativity that drive Frison’s projects, are exemplified in this song’s introspective orientation, striking a balance between explanation and mystery. All tracks on Phantasmagoria will be available April 9, 2021, on vinyl LP, CD and online.
