Highly emotional music. A full spectrum of passions displayed here. Dream on, dream on and savor these flying notes. Untouchable minimalism. I’ve been a fan of John Hollenbeck for years but this is the first time I hear bass player and composer Bernhard Meyer. To me this album sounds like phenomenal players deep into their art without showing off. Remarkable.
